Need to cancel your trip?

Bookings can be cancelled up to 6 hours before departure. You can choose between a Shuttler voucher or a credit-card refund. Credit-card refunds are charged a 10 CHF processing fee and are made to the card used for your booking.

Your cancellation request can take up to 24 hours to be processed.
