Gateway to the Bernese Oberland
Interlaken and the Bödeli towns of Interlaken, Matten and Unterseen are tourist hotspots in the Bernese Oberland. Jungfraujoch
The Jungfrau railways run from Interlaken via Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen to Kleine Scheidegg, then climb to the Jungfraujoch — at 3,454 metres, Europe's highest railway station. The area also offers one of Europe's biggest ski regions around First, Männlichen and Schilthorn, and the famous Lauberhorn slope.
